Collection: Florist TImes Square

Florist in Times Square - Same-Day Flower Delivery to Hotels, Offices & Homes

Times Square is the busiest crossroads in the world - a wall of hotels, office towers, and theaters with a few hundred thousand people moving through it on any given day. Sending flowers into all that should be the easy part. Black Petals is a local Times Square florist that designs every arrangement by hand and delivers it ourselves, same day, to the hotels, offices, and apartments packed around the square. No out-of-state warehouse, no wire-service middleman - just fresh flowers at a fair price, carried to the right door.

Operating here takes local knowledge. Traffic is unpredictable, the towers run on security desks, and every hotel handles deliveries a little differently. We're in these buildings every week, so we know to confirm a guest's name and room before we head out, which front desks hold flowers and which ring up to the room, and how to time a drop so it doesn't get stuck behind the lunch-hour crowd.

A Local Flower Shop for the Times Square Area

A lot of the Times Square florists listed online aren't in Times Square, or even in New York - they take the order and pass it to whatever shop has a slot that day. We're the local one that actually makes and delivers your flowers. Everything is arranged by hand in our own studio from fresh-cut stems, and because we skip the wire services and their markup, the price stays reasonable without shrinking the bouquet. If a flower isn't at its best on the day, we substitute within the same look rather than send something we wouldn't want to receive ourselves.

Same-Day Times Square Flower Delivery

Order earlier in the day and your Times Square flowers can arrive that afternoon. We run our own routes through Midtown, so there's no courier handoff and your bouquet isn't sitting in a hot van across town. Add the building, the floor or room number, and the recipient's name and phone at checkout - in an area this dense, those details are what get a delivery past the front desk and into the right hands. We cover the Times Square zip codes - 10036, 10019, 10018, and 10020 - and the blocks around them.

Flowers to Times Square Hotels

Times Square holds one of the largest clusters of hotels in the country, from the Marriott Marquis on Broadway to the Westin, the Knickerbocker, and dozens more. Most accept flowers at the front desk or concierge and hold them for the guest, while some coordinate a delivery to the room. Give us the guest's name and check-in details and we'll take it from there - whether it's a welcome for someone arriving in the city, an anniversary surprise, or an apology that needs to land before dinner.

Corporate and Office Flowers

The Times Square towers - from 5 Times Square to the Paramount Building - are full of media, law, and finance offices that send and receive flowers constantly. Our commercial arrangements suit a reception desk or a client meeting, and classic arrangements make a polished thank-you. Ask us about standing weekly flowers for a lobby or office.

Broadway and the Theater District

For opening nights, stage-door surprises, and dressing-room deliveries around the corner, we keep a dedicated Theater District flower delivery page built for exactly that.

Flowers for Every Times Square Moment

Romance and Grand Gestures

Times Square has set the scene for more grand gestures than anywhere in the city. Our romance bouquets and anniversary flowers, or a statement piece from our luxury flowers, are made for the hotel-room surprise or the after-dinner moment.

Congratulations and Celebrations

In town for an award, a premiere, a big meeting, or a milestone? Our congratulations flowers mark the occasion and travel well to a hotel or an office.

Birthdays and Just Because

A bright birthday bouquet or a cheerful mixed bouquet is the easiest same-day lift for someone working or staying near the square.

Affordable Times Square Flowers, Without the Wire-Service Markup

Flowers in Times Square have a name for being overpriced, but that's usually the markup, not the flowers - each wire service and marketplace in the chain takes a cut before the bouquet is even made. Arranging in-house and delivering ourselves lets us skip all that, so fresh Times Square flowers stay affordable. Browse our full local florist delivery range, and order from the same people who make and carry your flowers. Times Square is part of our wider Midtown West delivery area.
